TechTea Podcast - Wissotzky Nana Tea Review (Mint)

Every once and a while you come across a tea that just makes you want to snuggle up to the cup and linger on every sip. This is one of those rari-teas (teehee, had to do it). Wissotzky Tea's Nana Tea is a blend of black tea and the petals of the Nana mint, also known as Moroccan mint. Nana is a spearmint which is grown for it's signature aroma and clear, crisp taste. If you've ever picked up a Moroccan mint tea from Stash, Twinings or any other grocery store favorite brand, you've probably quickly started adding it to your favorite teas to compliment it with just a hint of refreshing mint. This is the same type of mint taste, but much smoother. Some of the available black/mint blends can be very harsh on either side of that mixture. They are either very strong on the black side or too "crisp" on the mint side and they quickly resemble a stick of Double Mint. Wissotzky has found the mixture and quality of both sides to create a blend that is smooth in every way, no matter how you like your tea; no sugar, with sugar, milk or honey.
